Serviceable Vehicles Policy

Please read the following information carefully

As of the 1st July 2020 we have made some changes to our Serviceable Vehicles Policy.

Regrettably, we no longer offer service or repair work on vehicles over 15 years old. We are also limiting work on commercial vehicles to car derived vans only. Unfortunately these changes have had to be introduced due premises limitations and the complexities and economics of working on such vehicles.

These limitations are only applicable to vehicles that Stratford Tyres have not serviced or repaired previously.

For pre-existing customers whose vehicles we have maintained and serviced, we will continue to extend our services to those vehicles.

Unfortunately, we cannot fit customer supplied parts for liability reasons.

Our tyre fitting service is still available for all makes and models of cars of all ages.

Below is a quick view of the services we provide with the relevant age bracket limitations:

• MOTs - up to 15 years old
• Repairs - up to 15 years old
• Servicing - up to 15 years old
• Diagnostics - up to 15 years old
• Wheel alignment - up to 15 years old
